- Spray: Purchase a Body Balance Spray and spray down body. Allow body to air dry. Use caution not to spray near eyes.
- Head: Apply to forehead, temples, and back of neck. Cover the most stressed area with a cool damp cloth.
- Bath: Soak 20 minutes in tepid water. Add to bath water, 4-6 drops of Body Balance formula and ½ C. of Solar Sea Salts.
