Suggested Use:
- Diffuse: Add 5-6 drops to an aromatherapy diffuser to increase energy, focus and productivity. Perfect for the classroom or the office.
- Nose Inhalant: Pour 2 drops into palms. Cup hands over nose and inhale for 1-2 minutes. Wear under nose and on ear lobes to help you stay alert during study or driving. Not intended to replace sleep!
- Body: Mix 3 drops of Alert & Focus to ½ tsp. carrier oil and use as an overall body moisturizer.
- Bathing: Add 2-3 drops to a liquid soap for a stimulating morning shower.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid eye contact. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
